The Jackson Independence Day Celebration features an evening parade, activities on the old high school grounds and food capped off with a fireworks display.
Event will primarily take place in Pride Park and Railroad Avenue between 2nd Street and Broadway Street. Parade will start at the old high school and end on 2nd St.
The Farmers Market is located on Harding Avenue, across from Eddie Jones Park. The market will continue every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. until September.
