Swimming is a great way to beat the heat during our warm Ohio summers

Lake Alma State Park

In the midst of some of Ohio’s most rugged, scenic territory lies 292-acre Lake Alma State Park. A quiet 60-acre lake and a gentle creek meandering through a wooded valley provide a restful setting for park visitors. The Park offers one cabin, six full hookup campsites, ten tent-only sites, 60 sites with electric and two day-use shelters.

Lazy Dog Campground

The Lazy Dog Camp Resort offers spacious sites for your RV with full hookup as well as a limited number of cabins and tent sites. We have onsite picnic areas, a shelter house, a camp supply store and restaurant, bathhouse, laundry facilities, volleyball, playground, swimming pool, cornhole, horseshoe pits, and a pay lake / fishing.

Hillcrest Pool Jackson

The park features the city’s municipal pool – over 350,000 gallons of water.  The pool goes from 3 ft to 12 ft and features two slides, two diving boards, a splash pad, and a kiddie pool.  There are also three shelter houses and a small playground.
The park has two multi-use courts with lines for basketball and pickleball and a skate park.

There is ample parking on site.
